I had the same problem but it seems to be caused by the names inside the torrent clashing when written to disk. Because unix is case sensitive the two files Thisfile.rar and thisfile.rar could potentially exist in the same directory. Obviously this is NOT the case with windows so the first file that gets written locks the file handle and blocks the second file from writing to disk. I don't have a fix per for utorrent but i could prevent this behavior by scanning down the contents of the torrent an selecting files that have the same name and right clicking and selecting 'Don't Download'. Perhaps a ticket should be submitted to make the duplicate (per MS naming conventions) get a 'copyxx' appended to the name.Please check your torrent contents and confirm if this is the root cause of the problem you are experiencing.
